Hazel Ilene Arthur, 91 of Proctorville,Ohio passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025 at St. Mary's Medical Center.She was born on September 24, 1933 in Wayne, WV the daughter of the late Carson and Reba Adkins. In addition to her parents she was preceded by her husband Billy Ray Arthur.Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, March, 25, 2025 at 2:00pm at the Reger Funeral Home, Huntington, WV .
